1. Sign Up & Shopping: Once you sign up with NexGen Shipping JA, you will receive a unique U.S. shipping address that you can use to shop online with ease.
2. Package Arrival: After your package arrives at our U.S. warehouse, you will receive a notification. Your package will be shipped to Jamaica within 24-48 hours.
3. Customs Clearance: Upon arrival in Jamaica, we will clear your package through customs. Once cleared, we will notify you when your package is ready for pickup.

Delivery Options

Delivery to Clarendon
For deliveries within Clarendon, we charge a bearer fee of $500 JMD. This is a standard fee for local delivery in the region.

Delivery Outside Clarendon
For deliveries outside Clarendon, we partner with trusted shipping providers, Knutsford Express and Zip Mail. Delivery costs will vary based on package weight and destination.

NexGen Shipping JA is not liable for any loss or damage to packages during the delivery process when third-party services (such as Knutsford Express or Zip Mail) are used.
